- Broken or Damaged Items
We offer a 7-day exchange-only policy for broken items. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or file an insurance claim. Picture proof must be provided prior to approval. - Final Sale Items
We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on one-of-a-kind custom products, personalized items, or blessed items.
Public Tours & Events Policy
- General Bookings
There are no refunds on tours or events, but you are welcome to resell or transfer your tickets. - Rescheduling & E-Gift Cards
If you give us at least 1 week’s notice, we will do our best to fit you into a different time slot or issue you a transferable e-gift card for regular per-capita bookings. - Private Bookings & High Season
- Private tours, private events, weddings, parties, and full buyouts are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- High season and Halloween season bookings are not switchable.
